My sister & I had the pleasure of getting our braces done together with NK Orthodontist on the same day & it was the best decision ever! My children & family will all be coming to Dr Nick for all future dental work. The absolute most amazing clinic I’ve ever been to and dealt with. From the beautiful staff at reception, to the lovely girls in the clinic & Dr Nick himself the environment and place is filled with the most caring & kind people. The service is immaculate and so easy to process. Both Chermside & Spring Hill Clinics are so well presented & beautifully designed to make you feel comfortable and at home, such a great place to be in. Dr Nick and his amazing team have been looking after my family for over 10 years now. Both my boys have had braces and their smiles are amazing even the eldest at 21 is still smiling big straight and bright. Dr Nick and his team always take the time required to look after each person individually as a person and not a number. I can not thank Dr Nick and the Team enough! Excellent service and highly accommodating to individual needs. We have 4 children close in age, all require braces. As we live in a remote part of the country, we fly in to access Orthodontic care.
Dr Nick and staff have prioritised our appts to fit in with flight schedules and also considered and accommodated our need of all children receiving braces, in rapid succession, on the one day.
Excellent ph support provided and we have also been given instructions, where appropriate, on minor diy that we can do, if required. Flexible payment plans. Beautiful premises that are very clean. Noted that all equipment was sterile and that there was good sterile and aseptic techniques where appropriate (the nurse in me talking here). Highly recommend.
