You’ll start your morning welcoming a nervous teenager and their parents, helping them envision their future confident smile. By mid-morning, you’re conducting a 3D scan for an excited young professional who’s finally ready to invest in themselves. After lunch, you guide a mother of three through payment options that make treatment possible for her family. Each consultation is different, but your genuine enthusiasm and care helps every patient feel heard, valued, and excited about their journey – whether they proceed with treatment or not.

Since 1995, specialist orthodontist Dr Nick Kotsomitis has built two bespoke practices (Spring Hill and Chermside) centered on exceptional patient care. We believe orthodontic treatment should be accessible and that every consultation should leave patients feeling heard and valued. Our team alternates between both beautiful locations weekly, keeping our work dynamic and interesting.
We believe every patient interaction matters. Whether someone proceeds with treatment immediately, needs time to consider, or decides to wait, they should leave feeling respected, informed, and cared for. This philosophy has made us trusted in Brisbane families for nearly 30 years.
We offer guaranteed income with NO commission structure. Your success is measured by the relationships you build and the care you provide, not by high-pressure sales tactics. This means:
- Stable, predictable income: $35-$45/hour guaranteed, regardless of treatment acceptance rates
- No income volatility: Your paycheck doesn’t fluctuate with seasonal changes or economic cycles

- Hours: 34 hours per week (Monday – Thursday) – no weekends or evenings ever
- Position: Permanent part-time with 6-month probationary period
- Compensation: $35-$45/hour based on experience – guaranteed income, no commission pressure
- Training & Mentorship: Full orthodontic training provided by our Business & Marketing Manager, who has a decade of hands-on Treatment Coordinator experience. You’ll learn from someone who’s actually done the role and understands every aspect of patient consultations
- Locations: Work from both our Spring Hill and Chermside practices (alternating weeks)

- Typical consultation: 45-60 minutes to truly understand each patient’s needs
- Support: You’ll work alongside clinical staff and practice management, never alone

Treatment with us means personal care from Dr Nick. We don’t delegate specialist appointments to support staff or replace all face-to-face regular check-ups with an app.
We believe in being clear when it comes to cost. Our orthodontic fees are truly all-inclusive meaning we don’t add retainer fees at the end of treatment just to make the cost seem cheaper.
Relax and enjoy visits at our custom-designed bespoke clinics at Spring Hill and Chermside. Both practices offer comfort and convenience with digital scanning, onsite x-rays and free parking.
With zero deposit and 36 month interest free payment plans available, we are dedicated to creating a payment option that suits your budget. Alternatively, you can pay upfront and receive a discount or spread the cost out over 12 – 18 months with our in-house plans. Onsite health fund claiming through HICAPS is available for added convenience.
