Booking & Cancellation Policy
By paying the $49 booking deposit and scheduling your initial orthodontic consultation, you agree to the following terms:
Booking Deposit Required
All initial orthodontic consultations require a $49 booking deposit at the time of scheduling.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice Requirements
48+ hours notice (or by 5pm Thursday for Monday appointments)
- Booking fee fully refundable for cancellations
- Booking fee transferable for rescheduling a new patient consultation within 60 days
24-48 hours notice
- Booking fee non-refundable but transferable for rescheduling new patient consultation within 60 days
Less than 24 hours notice or no-show
- Booking fee forfeited
- New booking fee required to reschedule
How Your Booking Deposit Works
Patients without health fund cover: Deposit goes toward your $90 consultation fee
Health fund patients: Deposit refunded after appointment when health fund claim is processed
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Contact us by phone on 1300 746 465 or email info@nkorthodontist.com . Online cancellations are available through your booking confirmation link.
Missed appointments and late cancellations mean other patients miss out and make running our small business difficult. Please provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling or canceling.
