The needs of adults are often vastly different to that of a child and as such we offer a variety of tailored treatment options, including the choice of invisible options such as Invisalign and hidden braces and also NK Express (a popular alternative to bite correction) which can achieve amazing smile transformations
Almost half the patients at NK Orthodontist are adults. When you visit us you’ll be in the company of other confident adults who have also made the decision to finally improve their smile.
When it comes to enhancing your smile, or improving oral health and function, don’t let age or the perceived look of braces be a barrier. Large uncomfortable metal braces are a thing of the past thanks to rapidly improving technology. Today’s treatments are tailored to achieve a spectacular smile, in less time without the inconvenience to your lifestyle.
- Improve alignment
- Enhance Function
- Stunning new smile
We know that your orthodontic treatment is an everlasting investment on your appearance, oral health and self-esteem. This is why we want to give everyone the opportunity to experience the benefits of a beautiful smile! We want to make paying for your treatment that bit simpler.
Typical costs (depending on the complexity and the time in treatment):
NK Express from $2900 (including Invisalign i7*)
Invisalign Lite from $4900
Invisalign Full from $6900
Conventional treatments (clear braces/silver braces) from $5900
SureSmile and hidden braces from $6900.
Interest free financing options can start from as little as $9 per day and as little as $200 down payment depending on the type of treatment and level of health fund coverage.
An initial consultation with Dr NICK will let you know which of the above treatment types are most suitable for you. We will then structure a payment plan tailored to your needs and will assist you with all the required information to maximise your health fund claim if you are covered for orthodontic services. So check to see if you’re covered for orthodontic services – and how much for. The item number is 881 and you need to ask what your life time and yearly limits are.
At NK Orthodontist, you can get the treatment you need, the smile you want and a payment schedule that suits you.
It’s important to talk to your health fund provider before you proceed. Most funds don’t cover you in the first year of membership, so don’t wait until after you have decided on orthodontic services to join a fund.
If your medical fees rise above a certain threshold in a year, you may be able to claim back some of these costs as a rebate from the Australian Tax Office. This is called the “Medical Expense Tax Rebate”. Orthodontic fees are counted as medical fees for the purposes of this rebate, which is calculated when you do your income tax return. To find out more about the rebate, and the current threshold, contact your accountant or the Australian Taxation Office.
